But it can still get confusing out there, and more often than we should, we fall back on excuses when it comes to lending our time, talents, and energy to causes that could probably use our presence more than we know. Too many websites, too many people that need help, too little time to do it. Sound familiar?
Well, fortunately for our readers, here at VM we’re a pretty eclectic, active, and motivated bunch, and pooling together our resources and experiences, we’ve discovered that there are far more ways to help than we could have ever imagined.
Want to train for a triathlon and raise money for cancer research? Want to bicycle one hundred miles to help children in need? Want to race up a stadium and hurdle over a rope wall to help challenged athletes compete again one day in world-class events? Want to help rebuild homes for flood victims? Want to volunteer to work with children in orphanages around the world? Want to make a difference in the lives of foster children right in your own city?
If you think there’s a need, there probably is, and if you want to help, you most definitely can. VM will bring you the resources to assist you in taking the first step in making a difference in the lives of others, in your own life, and in the future of the world.
A lofty goal? Clearly.
But an impossible one? Absolutely not.
Let’s get started…
